Location – Malpe dock
We had traveled to my hometown – Udupi for my friend’s wedding. After the wedding we decided to visit the newly built “Malpe Sea Walk” in the evening.
We drove from Udupi to Malpe. We used the back gate of the Malpe port to enter the dock area. This place is newly renovated. They have constructed a toilet/bath area and parking place. Can also purchase the tickets to St. Mary’s island from here.
We used to visit this place earlier before the renovation. Stone walls were built into the sea for the boats to enter the dock area. One of the stone walls is now renovated and made into a sea walk.
